We were wondering if being an author affected how and what you read for pleasure,in “Writers on Reading “we have exclusive interviews with published authors who will share their thoughts on this very topic. Lee Child , who will be at this year’s Hay Festival , was kind enough take part in our first ever interview, we discovered the title of the first book he remembers reading and why he doesn’t re read titles!

In Reading Matters we hope to interview everyday folk about their reading habits whether they read to escape the world or make sense of the world how do they make their reading choices? These young readers from Newport library were keen to show us the books they had chosen when they visited the library recently.
